Door one — shop

Professional skincare organised for discovery.

A simplified map of the two paths on the live store, not a recording of it.

Context

Dyba Beauty sells professional skincare and offers personal online skin consultations, in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Challenge

Two journeys in one store: people who know what they want, and people who first need advice. Both have to feel like the same calm, premium brand — in four languages.

My contribution

  • Product catalogue and its structure
  • Consultation flows as an entry point to the store
  • Content structure across four languages
  • WooCommerce improvements

Approach

  1. Two doors, one house: “shop” and “ask for advice” sit side by side from the first screen.
  2. Product pages that explain before they sell.
  3. Respect the brand: soft photography, rose and taupe, generous space.

What it shows

When advice is part of the product, the store has to feel like a conversation, not a shelf.
