Context

HR Vanguard is a premium, decision-led forum for senior people leaders that connects people strategy with business strategy. My work covers its brand, its marketing and the website and digital experience around them.

Challenge

A nuanced, invitation-led offer for a senior, time-poor audience. In a few seconds the site has to say what the forum is, who it is for and why it is credible — and every touchpoint has to feel like the same brand.

My contribution

  • Brand positioning, messaging and visual consistency across channels
  • Marketing content for the web, social media and LinkedIn, including infographics
  • Website structure, UX/UI and WordPress work, with publishing and ongoing support
  • The public presentation of the programme and the invitation journey

Approach

  1. Lead with the idea, not the logistics: one statement of what the forum is and who it is for.
  2. Short, comparable blocks — audience, focus, status — so a senior reader can scan instead of read.
  3. One visual language across site and materials: navy, porcelain and champagne, with an editorial serif.

What was delivered

  • Brand & messagingPositioning, key messages and one visual language across channels.
  • Marketing contentWeb, social and LinkedIn content and infographics for the forum.
  • Website UX/UIPage structure, hierarchy and interface for the public site.
  • WordPress & web supportImplementation, content publishing and ongoing improvements.

What it shows

For a senior audience, restraint reads as confidence: fewer elements, a clearer hierarchy, one strong statement.

  • Executive decision forum
  • 60–70 senior leaders
